I'm a writer, artist and athlete. I love being outdoors. I have wonderful friends and am married to my high school sweetheart. My family is the most important thing in my life. In 2006, my little sister, Taylor, was diagnosed with a fatal brain disorder called Batten disease. That's why I started this blog.
Taylor's courage was the inspiration for Taylor's Tale, the non-profit organization we founded to help write the happy ending for children like her. We raise funds to support crucial research and promote public awareness of Batten disease. To learn more, visit www.taylorstale.com.
